PACIFIC STRIKE TEAM ASSISTS WITH CHEMICAL CLEANUP |
Two members of the Pacific Strike Team deployed this morning to assist the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's emergency removal group cleanup hazardous substances at a former print and circuit board manufacturing and metal plating facility outside Los Angeles.
According to the EPA, the company located in Chatsworth, Calif., used copper, lead, nickel, silver, hydrochloric acid, cyanide, sulfuric acid and other hazardous substances in its plating operations.
