In order to better track and manage your requests for First District public affairs support, we ask that you provide us with the details of your request via this new system. 

This form is ONLY for members of the Coast Guard asking for internal Public Affairs assistance.  Members of the public and the media should submit inquiries under the "Contact Us" tab on the main menu.

  4. Priority Assignment: (Priority 1 and 2 events, as well as any Priority 3 event attended by the Sector Commander must be entered into OET prior to the submission of this form. Priority 4 events should not be entered into OET.)
